It seems that your credit card has been declined
Please check that there are sufficient funds available or contact your bank.
A few other things to check:
- we only accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards (all other credit cards and debit cards will be declined)
- we support 3D Secure - if your credit card has "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" printed on it, you may be redirected to a new page from your bank to authorize the transaction (typically password based - you need to already have this set up with your bank in order to make any online purchases)
- you need to enter the 3 digit security code on the back of the card
- on the payment details page, please enter just the number, eg. 1080.00
- the card number and expiry need to be complete (has your card expired?)
